I love working with adolescents, college students and young adults but regardless of your stage of life I love the opportunity to sit across from people and hear their story. I specialize in working with clients who may be trying to figure out how to cope with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, life transitions and career changes. In 2022 I graduated with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently an LPCC in the state of Colorado seeing both teletherapy and in person clients.
I want to create a safe, non judgmental, and compassionate space for client’s to process their current season. My hope is to help clients develop tools that not only will help them in their present circumstances, but that they will be able to utilize in the future as well.
I know that taking the step to go to counseling can be one of the most vulnerable. I hope to honor that act of vulnerability and courage in my time with each client that I encounter.
My professional work as a counselor and the research and education that goes along with it informs my writing and creative work but does not compromise client’s confidentiality.
